How much does a mobile notary appointment cost?
Standard appointments start at $60: a $50 mobile service and travel fee within 10 miles, plus up to $10 for the first notarial act.
Do you travel outside Greenville?
Yes. We serve Hunt County and surrounding Northeast Texas communities, with a mileage fee beyond our standard 10-mile area.
Do you accept payment when you arrive?
No. All payments are completed electronically. We do not collect payment in the field.
Can my document be notarized online?
Many documents are eligible. Online appointments are completed securely via live audio and video, per Texas requirements.
Can you tell me which type of notarization I need?
No. A Notary Public cannot select a certificate for you. Contact the person or organization that prepared or will receive your document.
Can you prepare or correct my document?
No. We provide notarial services and cannot prepare, correct, or give legal advice on documents.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Yes, when available and arranged in advance. A $25 premium scheduling fee applies.
What if I don't have acceptable identification?
The notarization may not be completed. Please verify you have acceptable ID before your appointment.
