Before Your Appointment & Booking Policy
Before Your Appointment
-
Please have your documents and acceptable identification ready for your appointment.
-
Each signer must personally appear and present identification acceptable under Texas notary requirements.
-
Documents should be complete and free of blanks that should have been filled in before notarization.
-
Whether a document should be signed before or in the notary's presence depends on the type of notarial act. Please follow the instructions provided with your document.
-
If your document doesn't contain a notarial certificate, you must determine which certificate is required before notarization can be completed.
-
A Notary Public cannot choose a notarial certificate for you or advise which type of notarization your document requires.
Booking & Cancellation
-
Appointments are confirmed after the required payment has been completed. All payments are made electronically; payment is not collected in the field.
-
Cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointment may receive a refund per our cancellation policy.
-
Cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit applicable reservation, travel, or scheduling fees.
-
Clients unavailable within 15 minutes of the scheduled time may be considered a no-show.
-
A notarization can't be completed when legal requirements aren't met: unacceptable ID, missing signers, incomplete documents, signer unwillingness, suspected fraud or coercion, or similar circumstances.
-
Travel, reservation, and scheduling fees may remain non-refundable once appointment time has been reserved or travel has occurred.
